4th Trimester Package
*$985.00 (with insurance coverage)
Are you looking for support during your postpartum period for your and your newborn? Do you want direct access to your physician via text/phone during this vulnerable transition? We strive to help you thrive not just survive during your 4th (fourth) trimester by providing all medical care and lactation support for you and your newborn in the home during the postpartum time.
Includes:
- 5 (five) in-home mother/birther and newborn
- Unlimited support between visits
- 1 (one) postpartum planning session
- 1 (one) phone call with partner/support person for partner postpartum planning
- option to have the last visit be the 2 (two) month well child check and include vaccinations administered in the home
Includes all lactation/bodyfeeding support, mental health support, and all postpartum needs for the mother/birthing person as well as all the regular baby checks (weight checks, jaundice levels, well child and sick care) that you would otherwise go into clinic for. There is no need to go into the clinic setting at all during this time, all care is done for you in the home. Alternatively, you can still go to the clinic to meet with you pediatrician if you so choose and we will work closely with them to ensure we provide appropriate followup for any needs that arise.
*Without insurance coverage through The Lactation Network, the total cost is $1,997. Submit your insurance to The Lactation Network to see if you have coverage through your insurance company. The Lactation Network covers the basic lactation care services and the additional cost covers the physicians fees.
Additional travel fees may apply for travel outside 20 min radius.

Our physicians are Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine Specialists. We have the most advanced training in lactation complications and complex medical conditions as they relate to lactation. We provide more in-depth assessments that are outside of the scope of lactation consultants. We provide in home consultations for families in the Twin Cities and virtual consultations for anyone nationwide and even internationally! Dr. Haggerty is also seeing patient within Sunu Wellness in Minnetonka near Ridgedale Mall on Wednesdays.

Virtual Integrative Perinatal Mental Health Membership
$297 initial consult and $97 monthly membership
Our physicians have advanced training in managing perinatal mental health concerns.
We provide mental health/psychiatric consultations for evaluation and management of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders virtually for anyone in the state of Minnesota.

Dr. Haggerty is fellowship trained and board certified in integrative medicine. Her visits are virtual in Minnesota or in your home in Minneapolis and provide an integrative, personalized experience focused on your needs. Dr. Haggerty uses a variety of integrative treatment options including:

- biofeedback
- nutrition
- movement
- environmental health
- narrative medicine
- osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMT)

Are you a Resident Physician or Fellow?
Medical education is so hard.
The road to becoming a physician is long and challenging. Starting a family during this time is extra challenging. Research shows that physicians and physicians in training are at higher risk of perinatal mental health disorders and not meeting their breastfeeding/bodyfeeding goals. We are deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of our physician colleagues, especially those is training. We believe that you deserve excellent care during your 4th trimester.
Our Fourth Trimester Care Package consists of 6 in home medical visits for the mother/birther and the newborn for up to 8+ weeks of direct care, including a prenatal consultation to discuss postpartum planning and baby care with the remainder of the visits in the postpartum period. Our limited practice size, longer appointment times, and 24/7 physician access allow us to provide attentive and compassionate care so you can navigate postpartum with confidence. No need to go into the clinic! The package includes billing four well-child checks for the newborn and one postpartum visit for the birthing person.
